Veterinary Assistant
I have loved animals since childhood and have never been without one in my life. In 2004, I completed the Veterinary Assistant program at Surrey College. After volunteering at an animal hospital in Surrey, I became a team member there for 11 years. In October 2016, I joined the Manzini Animal Hospital team after relocating to Vancouver Island.

My favourite part of the profession is the diversity of experiences encountered, as no two days are the same. I also have a special interest in parasitology and all forms of diagnostics.

I currently have a Pug named Sully, a three-legged rescue dog named Gus, Bella the Rottweiler, 2 cats, and a menagerie of chickens.

In my free time, I enjoy dragon boat paddling, hiking, antiques, and gardening with a special interest in herbology.
